How To Fix Shockwave Flash Player Crash in Firefox And Chrome

Shockwave flash player plugin is require for load script and flash video,audio,images in browser. Sometime when we browse then we can see "shockwave flash player crash" it causes you can't play YouTube flash videos. After update flash player it still showing crash. I'm using Mozilla Firefox 26 and flash player 12 . After this problem, finally i found a solution.

Download the following Files First:
Flash Player Uninstaller
Shockwave Player Uninstaller
Flash Player 12.0.0.43
Shockwave Player Plug-in

Follow Step by Step:

• Save the files - DON'T run them. >Reboot.
• Run the uninstallers first.
• Go to: C/Windows/System32 and delete the Macromed folder
• Go to: C/Windows/SysWOW64 and delete the Macromed folder
• Open your Registry Editor (Start>Run or press the Windows key + R and type "regedit" [minus the quotes] and click OK)
• In the Registry Editor, go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE and delete the Macromedia folder (click it and press Delete)
• Go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software and delete the Macromedia folder (click it and press Delete)
• Now run the Shockwave FULL Installer, and the Flash Player installer.

After all that you still see crashes in Firefox, try Reset Firefox
